Hotel Ayoub & Spa - Marrakesh

Absolutely the worst experience! The reception lady treated us like pests when we arrived, a response to our pre-arrival emails woudl ve been nice. Let's not forget the gym. Three bikes and limited hours, woefully inadequate after our horrendous stay. Expected better from a so-called 4-star hotel, but just settled for disappointment instead.

My room included cable channels, a refrigerator, and a writing table.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with three comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, as for instance and that was great. The location was particularly good, close to Les Secrets Hammam&spa. It also was in a good area...

The room was comfy and had a nice view of the courtyard, which was a real treat. I loved relaxing by the pool and indulging in a rejuvenating massage at their spa. The gym could use more equipment to make workouts better. 🌟

Big bed in twin room with central heating, a work desk and TV. Lots of nice food for buffet breakfast. Awesome location next to local restaurants, Morocco though having done alot more research on accomodation, and a taxi to the main square. Also, next to the post office.

Comfortable and spacious rooms provided a pleasant retreat after exploring the area, alongside a refreshing and clean pool. The gym was disappointing, equipped only with limited bicycles. The dining experience lacked variety, with unappetizing and unhygienic food that fell below expectations.

The room's elegant design and spotlessly clean accommodations stand out. The daily towel changes helped maintain a fresh atmosphere throughout the stay.

The dining options fell flat, with breakfast being particularly disappointing and lacking in variety for those seeking authentic local offerings. Sound insulation in the rooms leaves much to be desired. Conversations and movements from nearby rooms created a noisy environment, which might disturb light sleepers. Issues like a clogged sink needing attention and temperature control troubles with the A/C could detract from the otherwise pleasant stay.

Can't recommend highly enough for a fleeting pause

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with access to a fitness center and clear Wi-Fi, made my stay enjoyable and allowed me to recharge before exploring the nearby attractions, just 5 km from the airport.

Decent location but disappointing service

The location was ideal for exploring the city, but the service felt severely lacking. Breakfast options were repetitive, and cleanliness was an issue. A little convenience, consider dining out for better meals, as the in-house food doesn't cater well to varied tastes.
